- They had a good turnout for Easter Sunrise Service! See Photos below.
- Construction for the Mission House is started with the foundation complete and 2000 bricks have been made by the villagers. See Photos below.
- Clearing for the High School building site is under way, but is a slow difficult task. Many coconut trees need to be removed by manual labor and then the leveling of the land. The army would do the job but it is too costly. See Photos below.
- Safie and Mohamed are headed to Freetown today, Monday, and will be there for the entire week. They will be available, especially, all day Tuesday for phone calls and e-mailing.
Mohamed and Safiatu Braima came to the U.S. 30 yrs ago with the goal of retuning to their village to tell their people about Jesus’ love. After years of hard work Mohamed graduated from seminary and was installed as a provincial acolyte of the Moravian Church. Little Church on the Lane formed a Sierra Leone Ministry Committee to coordinate the efforts of Mohamed and Safiatu with those who were interested in supporting their ministry to the people of Luawa-Yiehun, Sierra Leone, West Africa.
